Needs different toilets in the rooms
I just took a room in this hotel - I it was honestly second rate. I utterly resented the suites. Furthermore, the bed made me feel terribly fine and uncomfortable, the main lobby was common, and also the front desk service crew were inadequate!! I was disturbed with every aspect of this hotel. To sum it up, we would not advise this place to our chums.

Not classy
It was my second trip to New York. I lodged at Best Western Brooklyn Bay Hotel New York. Was totally cast down about it. I truly hated everything this hotel offers!! The check in desk employees were bad-mannered, the bed made me exceptionally cramped and ok, and I despised how crowded the lobby was. Also, the TV was not working when we were checking in there., we possibly wouldn't recommend Best Western Brooklyn Bay Hotel New York to our colleagues!!

We quite liked it. I dug this hotel, the reception desk was very astounding - I enjoyed it, the room-service people were accommodating, and the lobby was giant. I completely was pleased the rooms. I even prized the guests here. We absolutely plan to stay again.
