Bad hospitality
Learn from my experience, this hotel is mediocre!! The hospitality there is disgusting. The TV was malfunctioning when we were staying there. I I couldn't stand all the kids in that hotel. I disliked the bed, it was totally unbearable, and the downstairs lobby was terrible!! I was quite not too happy with everything this hotel has to offer. The couple next door were loud, it totally was annoying. We don't suggest this hotel!!

Restaurant: One of the trendiest restaurants to go to in town is Columbus Bakery on Upper West Side district

Shop: Wanna enjoy a keen shopping place? Go to Chocolate Bar in Greenwich Village district
