I was staying there last night, and it was totally upsetting. I was fed up the suite. I detested this hotel and every aspect of it!! The front desk service was incompatible, the crew in the room-service were stupid, and the bed was not large. The nearby room were vulgar, it was bothering. It's awful, and mostly when they charge this type of money staying in a hotel of this standard. Next time I go for a bad time, I'll stay at Sheraton Russell Hotel New York. I definitely will never miss this hotel!!
